Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems engineering, program protection, and education/outreach in a classified environment.

You will develop curricula, advise on training materials, and collaborate with government and industry partners on acquisition strategies and CPI protection. A Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in DoD-related field
• Master’s Degree in engineering with 10+ years in DoD-related field
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies, and procedures for acquisition, fielding, sustainment and disposal of weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and determine reverse-engineering methodologies
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for Education and Outreach
• Create and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protection
• Identify technologies to protect CPI in program protection activities
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system/subsystem testing
• Provide specialized support for ICT initiatives and policy modernization; author technical docs for compliance
