Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience; minimum 8–10 years for bachelor option, 6–10 for Master.
Experience with Federal IT, systems engineering, enterprise modernization, or digital transformation programs.
Experience with systems integration, enterprise architecture, solution engineering, or modernization initiatives across multiple domains.
Familiarity with engineering lifecycle processes, requirements management, traceability, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide systems engineering support for Coast Guard digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives.
Analyze operational requirements and develop technical recommendations that support enterprise modernization objectives.
Support systems integration, requirements management, architecture development, solution engineering, and implementation planning activities.
Develop systems engineering artifacts including CONOPS, requirements documentation, interface definitions, workflows, and technical assessments.
Support automation pilot evaluations, feasibility assessments, and implementation planning for emerging enterprise capabilities.
