Job summary

Saratech Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Thread Architect to design, architect, and deliver Digital Thread solutions connecting Teamcenter, ERP, MES, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes data continuity, process automation, and governance across engineering, manufacturing, and business systems. You will lead technical teams, mentor consultants, and work closely with customers to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Siemens Digital Industries Software, including Teamcenter/NX.
• Experience leading enterprise integration and Digital Thread initiatives across PLM and ERP/MES/CRM systems.
• Experience designing solutions that connect PLM with ERP, MES, CRM, MRP, or supply chain apps.
• Experience defining Digital Thread strategies connecting engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Siemens Active Integration products and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong software development background: Java, C++, XML, SQL, TCL, scripting.
• Understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and Digital Thread methodologies.
• Familiarity with Digital Thread, Digital Twin, and Model-Based Enterprise concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Digital Thread across Teamcenter, ERP, MES, CRM, and more.
• Design Digital Thread solutions to improve data continuity and automation across systems.
• Create roadmaps, architecture diagrams, interfaces, and deployment strategies.
• Define ownership, master data, synchronization, and governance across apps.
• Collaborate with customers to capture requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Support pre-sales with workshops, architecture reviews, ROM estimates, and proposals.
• Create interface definitions, data mappings, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
• Develop custom extensions, plugins, and automation components.
• Ensure integration with Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Capital, NX, and connected apps.
• Troubleshoot data quality, interoperability, and architecture issues.
• Mentor consultants and developers on best practices and patterns.
• Stay current with Siemens technologies and Digital Thread trends.
• Contribute to Saratech service offerings and accelerators.
