Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support the TRMC Digital Engineering project and establish an MBSE environment for the Department of War's Golden Forge initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in Digital Engineering, MBSE, and coordinating with military and civil service partners to deliver government programs on schedule. You will work with a distributed team to define requirements, artifacts, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and related fields.
• Experience Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company
• Experience with MBSE
• Experience working with OUSD (R&E) and TRMC
• Military or Space Acquisition Program knowledge
• Experience with Project Management
• Communication and Presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and participate in program leadership to plan for and implement the MBSE environment for DoW.
• Coordinate with government, end users, application developers, and leadership across DoW and Mission Engineering teams.
• Support Test Resource Management Center Data Strategy and resource planning.
• Define requirements, develop specifications, timelines and milestones.
• Set operational goals and make decisions to optimize outcomes for DoD programs.
