Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering efforts for the C3BM division, located onsite at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. The role focuses on requirements analysis, architecture development, and cross-domain interoperability across the DoW and USAF programs.

You will drive mission integration, document ICAM strategies, and coordinate with government leadership to deliver acquisition artifacts and test strategies. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with DoW and USAF systems engineering.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with ICAM and Mission Integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Translate operational requirements into technical requirements for MIT activities.
• Support architecture definition for DoW battle network interoperability.
• Review DoW architecture models and develop future-state architectures.
• Drive interoperability with PEOs, weapon systems, and partners.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Draft POA&Ms and track capability gaps.
• Prepare technical briefs and acquisition artifacts for leadership.
