Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience administering enterprise storage platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms and vulnerability management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Manage Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
• Support enterprise storage platforms including NetApp and Quantum.
• Administer backup and recovery solutions using Veeam and BackupExec.
• Maintain disaster recovery infrastructure and documentation.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure and related services.
• Administer SSL certificates and secure file transfer platforms.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and lifecycle management for infrastructure systems.
• Act as a primary technical resource for cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability management.
• Manage Jamf Pro for macOS and iOS device administration; Manage Intune and Entra ID environments.
• Support AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure; assist with Azure adoption and hybrid-cloud initiatives.
• Evaluate and migrate on-prem workloads to cloud platforms; implement infrastructure automation and cloud governance.
