Job summary

Rpa in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Security Engineer to lead enterprise systems and security initiatives. You will own core infrastructure, drive modernization, and collaborate on disaster recovery and compliance programs within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing VMware/Nutanix, Windows/Linux servers, storage, backups, and identity platforms, while advancing cloud adoption (AWS/Azure) and security maturity through SOC2-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related roles.
• Strong experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience administering enterprise storage platforms.
• Experience with M365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms and vulnerability management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Manage Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
• Support enterprise storage, backup, and recovery platforms.
• Maintain disaster recovery infrastructure and documentation.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure and related services.
• Administer SSL certificates and secure file transfer platforms.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and lifecycle management for infrastructure systems.
• Act as a primary technical resource for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage Jamf Pro for macOS and iOS device administration.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID environments.
• Support SOC2 compliance initiatives and technical audit requirements.
• Drive cloud adoption and hybrid-cloud initiatives (AWS/Azure).
• Support Okta provisioning and SaaS integrations.
