Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on systems administration or related IT experience.
• Experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise identity services.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud/on-premises hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS systems across endpoint, server, and cloud environments.
• Manage on-premises and cloud-based servers, including provisioning, configuration, patching, monitoring, and backups.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments, including GCC High and Commercial tenants, focusing on availability and security.
• Administer core infrastructure services: AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file services, certificates.
• Support Azure and AWS infrastructure: VMs, storage, networking, access controls, monitoring, cost management.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, capacity planning, and performance across infrastructure.
• Implement secure baselines, patching standards, vulnerability remediation, and access control practices.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-incident improvements.
• Ensure DR and business continuity plans are documented and tested.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in Jira/Confluence and runbooks.
• Mentor junior admins and collaborate with security, engineering, and business teams.
