Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Chandler, AZ for a contract-to-hire role. You will build and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, manage cloud services (Azure AD Entra ID, AWS), and handle email migrations.

The role covers on-prem, virtual, and cloud infrastructure with cross-team collaboration. Requirements include 2+ years in systems administration, experience with Intune, Autopilot, Hyper-V, and VMware ESXi, plus strong networking basics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of systems administration or engineering experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and AWS.
• Experience with email migrations and device management (Intune).
• Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi) and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network gear (Palo Alto, Aruba, Cisco) and backup solutions (Commvault, Druva).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation practices; ITIL/SDLC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Support cloud services and identity, including Azure AD / Entra ID and AWS.
• Assist with email migrations and device management using Intune and Autopilot.
• Support virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi) and manage access lifecycle.
• Monitor system health, backups, security patches, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams on implementations, upgrades, and operational tasks.
