Job summary

WRA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own cloud and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoint management. You will stand up new tools, assist in migrating select tools from MSP, and later focus on Azure Virtual Desktop, IAM, and automation.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Information Technology & Cybersecurity in a distributed 100-person team. This role is remote-friendly for California, Colorado, Arizona, or Oregon, with occasional travel 1–2 times

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce.
• Comfortable working fully remote with travel to California offices as described.
• Proven history of working in a high-trust role.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure environment including Azure Virtual Desktop, backups and performance tuning.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and IAM-related tasks.
• Automate IT processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and incident response with Director guidance.
• Collaborate with IT Ops and other stakeholders to implement automations.
