Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness C2 Software team in Waltham, MA. You will develop and validate advanced algorithms for tracking, sensor management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting, interfacing with diverse hardware and software layers.

You will lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams, build test plans and analysis tools, and drive end-to-end system integration to meet customer needs in a dynamic defense

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Model based systems engineering (MBSE) using tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Strong in statistics, AI/ML, requirements, testing, and MBSE.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to developers, system leads, and customers.
• US work authorization; up to 25% travel to customer sites; eligible for a US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate modeling and simulation frameworks to validate algorithmic performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams, defining success amid ambiguity.
• Scope ideal system laydown, scrutinize performance, and ensure deployed system meets customer requirements.
• Own systems end to end, identifying and solving problems across seams to reach an optimal outcome.
