Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for its Battlespace Awareness team in the U.S. The role focuses on designing, validating, and integrating advanced algorithms for tracking, sensor management, and decision support within C2 products.

You will interface across engineering and customer teams to ensure robust end‑to‑end solutions. The role requires deep systems thinking, MBSE experience, and strong Python skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Experience with model based systems engineering in program lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to developers, system leads, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate advanced algorithmic capabilities including tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools for system performance.
• Own systems end to end and drive integration across configurations and customer experiences.
