Job summary

Raytheon, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer for multiple programs in the USA. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and integrating systems with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure first-time-right performance for warfighters.

Responsibilities include requirement management, integration/testing leadership, system verification, MBSE modeling in Cameo, and presenting data for design reviews.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (engineering, finance, supply chain, quality).
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government clearance is required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain requirements documentation for development and production.
• Lead or support integration and test activities.
• Lead or support design and system verification activities.
• Model the system and development processes using Cameo.
• Prepare and present technical data for design reviews and test events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues and participate in investigations.
• Analyze test data to ensure performance and verify requirements.
• Lead or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations.
