Job summary

Serco Inc. invites qualified engineers to join our DoD Anti-Tamper program. As a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer, you’ll apply systems engineering processes to weapon system protection, working with the AT community in a classified environment.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, engineering degrees with extensive DoD experience, and travel up to 10%. You will help develop training, review designs, and assess system protection across programs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access; current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of relevant DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD/contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process across acquisition, fielding, and disposal.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Develop engineering curricula modules for education outreach.
• Collaborate with Government and industry on training materials.
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments using various aids.
• Provide engineering support for tech acquisitions, including RFP development.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate system/test plans and conduct testing across components.
• Support CPI protection through tech identification and improvements.
