• Lead infrastructure configuration, troubleshooting, and support with compliance to quality and change-control standards.
• Support root-cause investigations of cybersecurity incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Identify and prioritize improvements to support processes and documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network connectivity issues for end-users and customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, security requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Contribute innovative ideas and technical solutions, and represent the company at conferences and events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving within the role.
