Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks an Agile Developer / Test Engineer to support government test and evaluation activities in an Agile environment. You will perform manual and automated testing, analyze requirements, and prepare data for analysis, coordinating with government and external test organizations.

The role emphasizes test planning, documentation, and collaboration across technical and Agile teams to ensure release readiness and quality in critical national security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, math, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience executing manual and/or automated software tests.
• Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into test cases or procedures.
• Experience documenting and reporting test results.
• Ability to work collaboratively within technical and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved test plans using both manual and automated test cases.
• Document and report test execution status, results, defects, and findings.
• Analyze system requirements, system descriptions, and concepts of operations to develop test plans/procedures.
• Prepare for and conduct test data collection and analysis.
• Develop and maintain test cases, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Government, development, and external test organizations for integrated T&E activities.
• Support Agile teams by integrating testing throughout the development lifecycle; assist with defect identification, retesting, and release readiness.
• Use collaborative engineering and test-management tools to maintain requirements, test evidence, and execution status.
