Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks an Agile Developer 3 to support complex Government test and evaluation efforts in an Agile environment.

The role analyzes requirements, develops and executes test plans, collects data, and reports outcomes, while developing Government T&E documentation and coordinating with external test organizations. The candidate will tailor test methods to mission needs and integrate automated functional, API, regression, performance, accessibility, and end-to-end tests

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant test experience or Master’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing formal test plans and procedures.
• Experience translating requirements into test cases and evaluation criteria.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting test results.
• Experience supporting Government T&E documentation and test events.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements, CONOPS, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to define test objectives and evaluation approaches.
• Develop test plans, procedures, scripts, and automated test capabilities.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection, test execution, and results analysis.
• Document test status, findings, risks, defects, and recommendations.
• Support development of Government T&E documentation, including TEMP, Test Plans, and T&E Reports.
• Coordinate with Government and external test organizations to support integrated T&E activities.
