Job summary

Jobot, a next generation defense company, seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to advance end-to-end lifecycle from requirements through deployment. With a focus on hardware architecture, analog/digital boards, embedded systems, and high-performance processors, you will collaborate across electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, salary range $145,000–$175,000 per year, and opportunities for growth in a regulated aerospace

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
Proven experience leading hardware architecture and design.
Strong background in analog and digital electronics, CPU boards, RF interfaces, and embedded systems.
Experience with PCIe, 1G/10G Ethernet, SPI, I²C, flash memory, and clocking/synchronization systems.
Altium experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware architecture, design, and engineering activities across the lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in avionics/defense contexts to ensure delivery.
