Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Systems Engineer 3 / SETA Test Coordinator to lead cross-team test events for Government projects. You will drive communications, remove dependencies, and provide status updates across multiple teams and vendors.

Role requires active TS/SCI clearance, strong systems engineering background, and proven ability to coordinate complex schedules while ensuring test environments meet event criteria.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience in systems engineering across complex programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate schedule-driven activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Government, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficient in requirements validation and test planning.
• Skilled with ticketing, collaboration platforms, and dashboards.
• Analytical mindset to identify gaps and prioritize testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual and programmatic test events across multiple teams and vendors.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, issues, and risks.
• Provide timely status updates to Government leads and stakeholders.
• Liaise between vendors, integrators, development, and testing teams.
• Centralize test-event data presentation across teams.
• Create SOPs and templates for Government use.
• Monitor test case execution and track progress against the plan.
• Ensure defects are logged, prioritized, and resolved.
• Triage, prioritize, and summarize issues reported during testing.
• Coordinate environment setup and verify event-specific criteria.
