Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, System Integration and Test Engineer to lead testing across integration, system, and acceptance levels for ground-based mission systems in Colorado Springs. The role involves coordinating with government customers, leading test development, and ensuring robust test coverage throughout the lifecycle.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree with extensive experience, or substantial equivalent experience, plus an active TS/SCI

Qualifications

Experience in defining complex test strategies and plans.
Proficient with Linux commands and scripting.
Experience with TRR and test reports; bug tracking.
Familiar with Agile & DevOps methodologies; JIRA/Confluence usage.
MBSE familiarity; AI-assisted debugging tools.

Responsibilities

Execute all levels of testing (Integration, System and Acceptance).
Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for manual and automated testing; maintain records.
Coordinate across government and stakeholders for test planning and evaluation.
Lead test development and peer review activities with minimal supervision; ensure test coverage.
Create traceability matrix from tests to requirements; participate in planning meetings.
