Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / SETA Test Coordinator to centrally facilitate contractual and programmatic test events across Government teams and vendors. You will coordinate high-visibility test events through the full life cycle and provide status updates to Government leads.

Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, strong cross‑team communication, and experience across Government and vendor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Experience coordinating schedule-driven, project-level activities across multiple participants.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience across Government teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to escalate when needed to Government Leads and ART Leads.
• Proficiency supporting requirements validation and test planning.
• Proficiency tracking schedules and handling logistics.
• Familiarity with environment setup, testing, and closure activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as central facilitator of contractual and programmatic test events across Government teams and vendors.
• Coordinate high-visibility, staggered test events across the full test life cycle.
• Provide timely status updates to Government leads and CORs.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, issues, and risks.
• Liaise between vendor, integrator, development, and testing teams for effective communication.
• Coordinate setup of system environments including hardware, software, and networks.
• Monitor test case execution and track progress against the plan.
• Ensure defects are logged, prioritized, and resolved.
• Prepare and present test event data and lessons learned.
