Sr. Product Manager (EHR/Acute Care)

Location: Remote

Rate: $65-70/hr.

The Product Manager will work with Engineering, Architecture, Clinical, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders to translate customer, operational, technical, and regulatory needs into clear product priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product line from strategic planning to oversight of respective tactical execution by product owners/managers
• Be passionate about working across the full product lifecycle, from design to development, from research to implementation and managing growth
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver internal/external impact analysis on the:
  • Product
  • Customer
  • Market
• Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities
• Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives
• Engage users to understand user implications of regulations
• Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap
• Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
• Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars
• Use product metrics, operational insights, user research, and stakeholder feedback to inform priorities and improve product outcomes.
• Support team alignment by maintaining clear product documentation, decision records, and delivery expectations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role preferably in healthcare IT, home health
• Post-Acute Personal Care and/or experience
• Experience with patient access enhancement including referral, intake, scheduling and documentation workflows.
• Experience managing product capabilities through the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, user research, product requirements, functional specifications, and roadmap management.
• Ability to work generally independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, user insights, operational feedback, and stakeholder input to guide product decisions.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Comfortable operating within complex technical, regulatory, and organizational systems.
