ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a healthcare technology client in Little Canada, MN onsite.

Lead feature definition across cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, translate roadmap features into detailed requirements, and manage risks to deliver essential medical software.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering or CS and 10+ years in software/systems development, with proven C++ experience and strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment, refine priorities, outline milestones, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate roadmap features into detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to project success by defining activities to achieve business outcomes.
• Identify and resolve technical risks through cross-functional collaboration for seamless system interactions.

Pay Range:$55/hr to $60/hr
Duration:12Months
Shift Time:9am to 5pm

What's the Job?

• Lead application feature definition activities by collaborating cross-functionally with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Human Factors, Clinical Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Work within an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks.
• Translate product roadmap features into detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to overall project success by defining activities necessary to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Identify, quantify, and resolve technical risks through cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless system interactions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Systems, or Software), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering design and development or systems engineering.
• Proven experience working with C++ and managing requirements to translate them into effective architectures and software designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging all organizational levels.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
