Job summary

• Use best practices estimating techniques and data to develop estimates for contracts and changes.
• Review contractual requirements for consistency and flag deficiencies.
• Lead scope development and estimating for cross-divisional contracts and task orders.
• Coordinate with divisions to gather scope requirements and verify sufficiency.
