Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) NYC Transit is seeking a Manager, Systems Contract Support to oversee maintenance contracts for CBTC technologies, developing scopes of work and estimates across the DOS divisions.

This role collaborates with C&D on scope development for solicitations, reviews contract documents for gaps, and leads cross‑divisional estimating for changes and task orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, Technical Writing, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6 years of professional experience.
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance scopes of work for CBTC-related solicitations.
• Estimate contract modifications and task orders using industry data.
• Review requirements to ensure scope alignment across documents.
• Lead scope development for multi-division contracts and changes.
• Coordinate with divisions to gather scope requirements and specs.
