Job summary

Vaco is partnering with a growing global organization in Florence, Kentucky to identify an Experienced Systems Administrator. This is a hands‑on infrastructure role with broad responsibility across systems, networks, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and global IT operations.

Successful candidates will have experience with both day‑to‑day administration and technology improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with IT leadership, influence infrastructure

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in systems administration.
Experience supporting enterprise server, network, and cloud environments.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive infrastructure improvements.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support a hybrid environment consisting of on-premises servers, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related technologies.
Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security across the enterprise.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
