The role reports to the Manager of Infrastructure, Storage & Compute and focuses on senior IT systems, virtualization, and cloud integration. Responsibilities include leading technical efforts on projects, maintaining servers, implementing automation, and ensuring data protection with backup/recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field and 4+ years in databases, networks, or system administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and hybrid cloud infrastructure required.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior technical efforts on complex projects and system outages.
• Maintain computer systems, servers, and virtualization environments.
• Develop automation and IaC to streamline provisioning and deployments.
• Provide end-user support and document technical specifications.
• Participate in bid/spec writing for new equipment and software.
