Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Systems Architecture SME to deliver senior technical leadership across DoD/IC programs. You will provide architecture direction, strategic recommendations, and expert guidance on complex IT, cyber, and systems integration initiatives.

The role requires high-level security clearances and deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, architecture, and enterprise solutions, with mentorship to engineers and teams across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, systems engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Master's degree and enterprise architecture certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized technical authority and industry leader in systems architecture or IT.
• Provide expert analysis, research, and advisory support for complex problems.
• Act as a technical expert on executive teams delivering direction and alternatives.
• Support architecture reviews, design decisions, and technology trade studies.
• Ensure solutions meet DoD/IC security and compliance requirements.
