Qualifications
- 15+ years of defense systems experience with technical leadership.
- Strong background in sensor fusion and automated battle management.
- Expertise in mathematics, physics, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency with radar/EO/IR sensing, data association, and C2 integration.
- Experience with modeling and simulation for algorithm evaluation.
- Experience in MBSE and Agile software development.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as principal technical authority and SME for IAMD, C2, and battle management solutions.
- Lead development of algorithms for sensor fusion, tracking, threat evaluation, and weapon assignment.
- Apply mathematics, statistics, and physics to evaluate architectures and guide decisions.
- Direct modeling, simulation, and trade studies to validate capabilities.
- Provide technical direction for MBSE and Agile software activities; align concepts, requirements, and software.
- Advise DoW customers and mentor engineering teams on AI/ML-related defense solutions.
