Job summary

Cahaba Federal Solutions is seeking an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Systems Engineer to provide hands‑on systems engineering, modeling, and simulation efforts that inform IAMD capabilities assessments and architecture analysis.

You will develop and oversee integrated simulation tools, conduct operational wargaming, define analytical objectives and measures of effectiveness and performance, and deliver insights that inform mission effectiveness and operational decision‑making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Five+ years of professional IAMD experience, including three with senior HQs.
Security clearance: Active TS/SCI and SAP eligible.
US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Perform system engineering in the IAMD domain in coordination with architecture analysis efforts.
Modeling and simulation of operational concepts and data analysis.
Oversight and development of integrated simulation tools to conduct wargaming for IAMD analysis.
Identify IAMD objectives, methodologies, measures of effectiveness and performance, and develop algorithms.
