Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control seeks an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Mission Analyst in Huntsville, AL. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced algorithms and modeling tools for IAMD mission analysis, with close support to PAC-3 and THAAD programs.

You will manage project dashboards, budgets up to $10M, and work with government customers to define roadmaps and ensure secure, on-time delivery in a demanding, in-person work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS clearance.
• 9+ years of relevant experience with a STEM degree.
• Experience in data analysis, performance analysis, or math-based algorithms.
• Proven record managing multimillion-dollar assets, contracts and programs.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams and supervising contractors.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record integrating solutions into a larger system.
• Familiar with PMP-based project controls, Earned Value Management, MS Office, and data-analysis tools.
• Familiarity with risk and opportunity processes.

Responsabilités

• Supervision and team leadership of aerospace, operations analysis, mission analysis, CI, and AI engineers.
• Own the project status dashboard, schedule, cost, risk, and resource tracking for analyses and algorithm development.
• Develop and manage staffing plans and budgets up to $10M, including subcontractor oversight.
• Lead development and integration of math- and physics-based algorithms for missile intercept planning.
• Manage performance and contractual compliance of external suppliers and consultants.
• Define roadmap for upcoming mission-analysis initiatives with IAMD MA Lead.
• Coordinate with IRAD leads, technical directors, and government customers.
• Act as liaison between aerospace, AI, and ops analysis communities for cohesive architecture.
• Maintain TS/SCI clearance and enforce security protocols.
