Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Systems Architect for Property Management Systems with deep experience in Entrata and RealPage. You will lead the enterprise technical strategy, oversee architecture decisions, and drive large-scale PMS implementations across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders to optimize system performance, data integrity, and ROI while managing internal teams and ensuring scalable operations.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and related leadership roles.
• Proven experience with Entrata and RealPage platforms.
• Experience directing large-scale software implementations and migrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers and executives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise technical strategy and architecture design for PMS.
• Direct implementation teams from scoping to delivery.
• Oversee audits and optimization of Entrata and RealPage configurations.
• Define integration pathways between core PMS and third-party apps.
• Mentor and develop the system support and implementation teams.
• Create architectural documentation and SOPs.
