Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced network architect to design and evolve our technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer service improvements.

The role requires hands-on cloud and telecom expertise, leadership in incident management, and the ability to communicate complex designs to diverse audiences. Hybrid work in multiple U.S. locations is supported.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Cloud architecture across Azure, AWS or GCP;云证书优先?

• Experience with AI/agent-driven workflows and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of network and service architecture.
• Create architecture designs to support portfolio enhancements.

• Produce technical docs and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Drive projects by supervising engineers and refining processes.
• Monitor industry tech and standards to influence decisions.
• Coach engineers and participate in cross-functional investigations.
