Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Seven or more years of directly related IT experience.
• Strong Office 365, Intune, and Azure AD administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory OU’s, GPOs, and identity management.
• DNS and mail server configuration and security expertise.
• Experience with RedHat Linux Enterprise and Windows Server environments.
• VMware virtualization and SAN/storage administration.
• Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions and disaster recovery.
• Azure and cloud experience; Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain applications and server infrastructure.
• Manage Office 365, Intune, and Azure tenant configurations.
• Oversee DNS, email security, DKIM/SPF and related security settings.
• Monitor server performance and assist with disaster recovery planning.
• Support end users and coordinate with third-party vendors.
