Qualifications

• Manages application software upgrades, patches, tuning and security.
• Diagnoses problems and coordinates fixes with IT team.
• Provides project leadership and oversees project teams.
• Develops and documents procedures for application support.

• Leads implementations for new functionality and integrations.
• Oversees short- and long-term IT projects as directed.
