Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 4-6 years with a bachelor's degree
• 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred
• Knowledge of programming concepts
• Understand environment-specific functionality
• Ability to break down work into simple tasks and implement
• SAP terminology understanding and ABAP knowledge
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers in troubleshooting system issues or questions
• Understand in-depth environment-specific functionality related to technical systems they work with
• Act as a primary resource for large and complex solution design; troubleshoot complex problems and assist with new technologies
• Document business processes and create comprehensible technical specifications
• Meet with users, project leaders, and management to plan guidelines and timelines
• Train end users on processes and transactions and develop training content for software platforms
• Create and maintain installation/troubleshooting guides for high-level programs
• Develop detailed test plans and perform testing across tasks in multiple areas
• Understand root-cause and propose solutions within Greenheck systems and other technologies
• Formulate system scope from user needs and create design specifications
• Determine best application platform for requested solution
• Manage tasks, set deadlines, and provide guidance on projects
• Provide mentoring for other employees and drive process improvements
