Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Systems Analyst III to define system scope and objectives for high-technical level initiatives, analyzing complex logic and documenting specifications. You will lead documentation efforts, create technical designs, and collaborate with users and management to shape project timelines and deliverables.

You will also develop training content, assist with deployment, and mentor team members within a dynamic HVAC systems environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 4-6 years with a bachelor's degree required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives for high-technical level projects based on user needs.
• Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
• Document business processes and create complex technical specifications.
• Meet with users, project leaders and management to discuss guidelines and criteria for documentation and timelines.
• Create solution documents and describe or sell chosen solution.
• Train end users on processes and transactions and develop training content.
