Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Background in systems, engineering or manufacturing with Lean principles.
• Integrated understanding of quote-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit Managers to manage and prioritize project lists.
• Define bottlenecks and standardize processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to define system requirements and drive changes.
• Translate business needs into system specifications and document requirements.
• Develop dashboards and data pipelines across ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• Pilot AI and analytics tools to enhance daily operations.
