Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Own and maintain authoritative system specifications with complete, consistent requirements.
• Map input/output behavior, state transitions, edge cases, and data transformations across systems.
• Translate complex policies into precise, testable system logic with traceability to requirements.
• Define validation criteria and test scenarios to verify calculations and workflows.
• Protect system integrity by identifying ambiguity and defects with engineering/QA collaboration.
• Deliver high-quality results amid changing priorities and constraints.
• Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain authoritative system specifications for functional requirements and technical behaviors.
• Map input/output behavior and downstream impacts across integrated systems.
• Translate policies into precise, testable system logic with traceability to requirements.
• Define validation criteria and test scenarios to verify correctness of calculations and workflows.
• Identify ambiguity early; partner with engineering and QA to ensure accuracy, auditability, stability.
• Support backlog refinement, release-readiness evidence, and cross-team communication.
• Coordinate monthly performance reporting covering KPI trends, risks, milestones, and improvements.
• Maintain traceability among requirements, backlog items, testing evidence, and performance measures.
• Assist KPI dashboard development with data sources for accuracy.
