Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, economics or finance.
• 5+ years of BA or system analysis experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and other relational databases.
• Experience with Jira or ServiceNow and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business partners to define, analyze, and document requirements.
• Act as trusted advisor for business needs and priorities.
• Develop knowledge of Wellington workflows.
• Author functional, design, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, vendors on specs and UI design.
• Partner with delivery team to ensure on-time, high-quality solutions.
• Provide status reporting and issue tracking.
• Oversee testing phases and user acceptance.
• Provide production support and escalation point when needed.
• Manage production incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Engage in vendor/broker management and project work.
