Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with Java, Python, and Node.JS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySql.
• Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, Git and orchestration tools.
• DevOps experience and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype and code new user-facing applications and workflows across the full stack.
• Lead architecture and delivery with analysts, QA, and guideline teams.
• Advance investor workflows and production system stability.
• Coordinate with IT teams for infra upgrades, DR testing, and cross-functional projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across initiatives.
• Write architecture, design and support documentation.
• Incorporate AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and productivity.
• Ensure observability, data quality and alerting in production.
• Collaborate on problem solving and risk identification.
• Support on-call rotations and incident response.
