HonorVet Technologies is seeking a Systems Analyst for a 10+ month contract (remote now, potential hybrid). The role focuses on implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, gathering requirements, and mapping data to legacy and third-party interfaces. Strong communication with a large remote team is essential.

The position requires deep experience in requirements, testing, and documentation, with hands-on testing and training support as needed.

Qualifications

8 years of experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
8 years of experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
8 years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
8 years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
8 years of experience with multiple MS Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
8 years of experience working with MS Teams in large team settings.

Responsibilities

Understand business objectives and problems; identify alternatives; perform cost/benefit analysis.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve the system.
Confer with organizational units to analyze current procedures and data input/output requirements; determine forms of data and reports.
Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps to develop or modify software.
Review system capabilities and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of changes.
