Job summary

ESB Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst in the United States to lead AR and Billing implementations and drive requirements gathering across SMEs. The role requires extensive experience with end-to-end testing and data mapping between PeopleSoft and legacy/third-party systems.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with large, remote teams and leverage Microsoft O365/MS Teams for project delivery and communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Business Analyst experience.
• 8+ years working with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing implementations.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and conducting Fit/Gap Analysis with SMEs.
• Strong experience with end-to-end system/integration testing, including third-party interfaces.
• Experience with data mapping between PeopleSoft, legacy systems, and third-party systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with large/remote teams.
• Microsoft O365 and MS Teams experience (as tools).
