Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.
• 8+ years gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis.
• 8+ years end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience collaborating with large teams using Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 solutions.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and test artifacts.
• Collaborate with project teams using Microsoft Teams and O365 applications.
• Participate in issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities.
