Job summary

Masterapp Labs seeks a Sr. PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst in Austin, TX. Contract role requiring onsite presence 1–2 times per month with telework options. You will drive AR and Billing module implementations, gather requirements, and map data to legacy and third‑party interfaces.

You will lead end-to-end testing, collaborate with SMEs, and translate business needs into detailed system specifications, ensuring feasible, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Experience in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with SMEs.
• Hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• Experience with MS Office 365 apps and MS Teams in large teams.
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Scrum framework is preferred.
• Public sector or Texas CAPPS familiarity is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
• Confer with organizational personnel to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and determine specific input and output requirements.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested programs or program changes are possible within existing systems.
• Implement PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map data to legacy systems and third-party interface systems.
• Independently perform complicated tasks using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
