Pacific Life Insurance Company seeks a Senior Systems Analyst I to support customer communications for annuity and life products on CCM platforms. The role sits on a 16-person team within CMD, offering a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in Newport Beach, CA.

You will gather requirements, refine backlogs in Azure DevOps, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria while coordinating with stakeholders and business partners like account managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams and Azure DevOps to manage requirements and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, document, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Refine backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Support production applications, incident management, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support releases and modernization initiatives.
