Job summary

Net Impact seeks an Applications Developer 3 in Mesa, AZ to design, develop, and troubleshoot moderately complex software and applications. The role supports an institutional tech infrastructure, balancing on-premises and cloud environments with an automation-first mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Designs, develops, and troubleshoots moderately complex software and applications in support of establishing a sustainable institutional technological infrastructure.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD-enabled change processes, and automation tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Windows and Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Manage infrastructure lifecycle across hybrid environments ensuring reliability and security.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and IaC to improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational workflows.
