Job summary

Lehi Valley Trading Company is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to ensure reliable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. The role covers server, network, security, and application support, with emphasis on uptime and performance in a busy Mesa, Arizona environment.

You will implement automation, manage Active Directory and cloud services, and lead incident response, backups, and documentation while mentoring IT staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Sciences, or MIS.
• 5–7 years of IT systems experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of patch management and ITSM frameworks (ITIL, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
• Experience with automation scripting for system management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, storage, and endpoints across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and related services.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent downtime.
• Implement IT security measures including firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Plan backups, disaster recovery drills, and data integrity testing.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize virtualized environments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and IT policies.
• Provide support and mentoring for IT staff and users.
• Manage vendor relationships, warranties, licenses, and renewals.
