Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst to manage applications, servers and workstations through their lifecycle, delivering reliable operations and effective incident handling. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Four+ years supporting production systems in enterprise/financial environments or equivalent experience
• Hands-on Windows Server administration; Linux/AIX experience
• Experience with relational and unstructured data
• Experience supporting application stacks and vendor solutions
• Experience with IT service management tools
• Basic scripting/automation for operational tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned applications, servers and workstations through lifecycle: requirements, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, decommissioning
• Provide day-to-day technical support and liaison with stakeholders and vendors
• Contribute to project delivery and testing; maintain runbooks and operational documentation
• Coordinate incident escalation and root-cause follow-up; ensure documentation
• Participate in IT on-call rotation and incident resolution
