Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IT/Engineering with programming concentration and 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Associate degree with 6+ years of work experience or high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
• Experience with automated testing and Fiserv Signature core banking software

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage applications
• Analyze and document business requirements for IT projects
• Test, implement, document, and support core banking solutions
• Interact with Fiserv Signature in meetings and projects
• Mentor application support analysts and team members
• Create and maintain architecture, design, and data-flow diagrams
• Assist in SDLC activities and knowledge transfer
